Privacy notice

Effective July 20, 2026

Certivell collects only the information needed to review a business website, prepare requested recommendations, and manage work the business asks us to consider. We do not automatically contact, charge, or enroll anyone.

Information we collect

When you request a website check or continue with a project, we may collect business and contact details, your website address, project goals, questionnaire answers, and the messages you submit. Our systems also record limited security information needed to prevent abuse.

How we use it

  • Review the website and prepare a private assessment.
  • Respond to service, quote, or project-intake requests.
  • Maintain project history and protect private links.
  • Secure the service, prevent spam, and diagnose errors.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell submitted personal information. Information is handled by Certivell and the infrastructure providers required to operate the service, currently Supabase for application data and Vercel for hosting. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Private links and retention

Reports, quotes, and intake pages use private random links and are not intended for public search indexing. Anyone who receives a private link should avoid forwarding it. Intake links expire after 30 days unless an administrator extends or disables them. Project records may be retained to preserve business history, legal records, and security evidence.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information where applicable. Until a dedicated privacy mailbox is published, use the website check form and begin the Additional comments field with “Privacy request.” We will use the submitted details only to locate and handle that request.

Updates

This notice may change as Certivell adds approved services or infrastructure. The effective date above will be updated when the notice materially changes.
